I have gone through 3 different companies before being recommended by a friend to contact One Step. I have a dental office that needed HIPAA compliance and regular support when I inevitably broke things. Not only did Clint set up my entire network infrastructure, but I have had two incidences where I decided to upgrade my internet with Comcast and suffered a complete breakdown of my network. I forgot to mention to One Step that I was getting faster upload speeds (something they recommended if I was moving anything towards the cloud) and Comcast changed my router without replicating the settings. Two 45 minute phone calls to Comcast led me nowhere, so I finally had to tell Clint that I did the upgrade without a heads up. He had me up and running in 10 minutes. Since then, they have helped me upgrade my hardware to remain HIPAA compliant, walked me through an EHR migration that I was terrified to touch — zero downtime, zero data lost — and stopped me from making some crucial mistakes when I went on an AI rabbit hole. Unless they stop offering their services to me, I plan to be a lifer. 5 Stars, would recommend them to anyone — especially if you don't know the first thing about IT.
